In our fourth year, Denver Fitness Week is curating the best boutique workouts in town, and giving you a week of classes, events and community experiences at a special price. 

We are joining Denver's boutique fitness leaders in building our fitness community the third week in May every year.

How do I participate?

STEP 1: Starting May 1st, you can book your $10 class in advance online at any participating studio. You must book your class to occur May 13-19th 2019. Learn about each workout on our studios page, and how to book classes online.  You must present your punch card in person at each studio when attending class to receive a punch.

STEP 2: Pick up your punch card at the Kickoff Event. Didn't attend the kickoff? Pick up a punch card at any participating studio and start tracking!

STEP 3: Take one $10 class at each studio during the week of May 13th - 19th. Present your punch card in person at each studio and try to get 7 punches to qualify for our raffle (see step #4)! Classes fill up fast so book in advance online (see step #1).

STEP 4: Did you get 7 punches? If so, take a picture of your card, post on instagram, and tag @DenverFitnessWeek before May 24th to enter the raffle for prizes! BONUS: The kickoff event counts as punch so attend on May 9th for a jump start.
